What's This?

In these 20-day challenges, there is a workout each day for you and/or family to complete. This helps with regulation. Studies suggest that it takes 21 days to form a habit and over 90 days to establish a lasting lifestyle change. Our hope is that by completing these 20-day challenges, you will continue practicing the most effective activities until they become a lasting and positive habit.

Feeling good: A sense of satisfaction and well-being

What makes you feel good? Practice the skills you learned in this month's module by enjoying the things you love and trying new things with this four-week feel good challenge. Start with the 3 steps: move together, think together, and be together. Help improve family well-being and build sustainable self-care practices! When we feel good, we are more likely to make healthier choices. Take the challenge and make well-being a priority this month.
