In these 20-day challenges, there is a workout each day for you and/or family to complete. This helps with regulation. Studies suggest that it takes 21 days to form a habit and over 90 days to establish a lasting lifestyle change. Our hope is that by completing these 20-day challenges, you will continue practicing the most effective activities until they become a lasting and positive habit.

Substance Use and Your Body: Making Health Choices for Your Mind & Body

Making healthy choices for your mind and body can sometimes be difficult. Although we cannot control every situation, we can help guide ourselves towards better decision making. This month’s module teaches you and your family about the impacts of substance use along with risks and protective factors towards preventing misuse. Don’t forget to move, think, and be together towards making better choices.
