InPACT Challenges
What's This?
In these 20-day challenges, there is a workout each day for you and/or family to complete. This helps with regulation. Studies suggest that it takes 21 days to form a habit and over 90 days to establish a lasting lifestyle change. Our hope is that by completing these 20-day challenges, you will continue practicing the most effective activities until they become a lasting and positive habit.

Focus: Move together. Think together. Be together.
We know quality time looks different for every family, so make sure to try all the different focus activity challenges this month to help practice being present. Don’t worry, there are plenty of different activities to suit all aspects of family time, and don’t be afraid to mix it up each week! Emphasizing what works for your family will make family time fun and enjoyable.
